Printer-friendly version

The Supervisory Board of Sfinks Polska – the company that manages restaurant chains Sphinx, WOOK and Chłopskie Jadło – appointed the following composition of the Management Board for the new common term: Sylwester Cacek as President, and Bogdan Bruczko, Dorota Cacek and Sławomir Pawłowski as Vice Presidents. All the persons were members of the Management Board in the previous term. At the same time, the former Vice President of the company Mariola Krawiec-Rzeszotek handed in her resignation from membership in the Management Board of Sfinks for personal reasons.

The termination by the Supervisory Board of the previous term of Sfinks Management Board, and the simultaneous commencement of a new term common for all members was related to the management incentive program adopted by the shareholders in December 2013. The purpose was to unify the terms of all members of the Management Board, as previously individual members had been appointed at different times. The new term of the Sfinks Management Board is five years.

The changes consisting in commencement of a new term of the Management Board merely get things in order, and all of the current members were on the Board during the previous term. This means that continuity of management operations has been preserved. I am sorry to say that Ms. Mariola Krawiec-Rzeszotek, who spent four years with the company and successfully navigated Sfinks through the most difficult period of restructuring - as its President in the years 2010-2011, and then as Vice President, has handed in her resignation. We are grateful for her commitment and hard work contributed to the growth of Sfinks Poland, and we wish Ms. Krawiec-Rzeszotek many future successes, says Sylwester Cacek, President of the Management Board of Sfinks Polska.
