New members join the Management Board of Sfinks Polska

Sfinks Polska develops dynamically and has ambitious goals set in the forecast for the next few years. Therefore, the Management Board has a lot of work and many challenges ahead of it. Dealing with them, we will have the support of our newly-appointed Vice-Presidents. Jacek Kłuś has been responsible for the Sfinks' finance for many years now, and having him on the board will make its operations even more efficient. We also count on the many years of experience and knowledge of Tomasz Gryn with whom we have already had the chance to cooperate, says Sylwester Cacek, the President of the Management Board of Sfinks Polska.

 

Tomasz Gryn – has many years of business experience in management, in particular, in banking and mortgage market. Since 2014, he has been acting in the capacity of the President of the Management Board at IN Inwestycje and the Management Board advisor at Etob-Warszawa Sp. z o.o. In 2014, he was the President of Orsnet. Before that, for many years he had been working for the following banks: in 2008-2014 for Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA (formerly Polbank EFG SA), in 2004-2008 for ING Bank Śląski, from 2003 to 2004 for Dominet Bank, and in 1996-2003 for Bank Pekao SA. He was a co-founder and member of the Programme Council and lecturer during a real estate appraiser training organized by the Polish Banks Association  and the Polish Federation of Real Estate Appraisers as well as a lecturer on the mortgage market, real estate appraisal and securitisation of mortgage liabilities. In 1998-2014, he was a member of the Real Estate Financing Committee Bureau of the Polish Bank Association, and in 1998-2003, member of the Programme Council of the Mortgage Credit Foundation. Graduate of the Technical University in Białystok where he obtained the degree of Msc in civil engineering and of post-graduate programme at the Technical University in Warsaw - Real Estate Appraisal Programme and at the Warsaw School of Economics - Banking Programme. He completed numerous workshops and trainings in management.

Jacek Kuś – has been working for Sfinks Polska since 2009, initially as a financial manager, and then as the director of the financial department. He has many years of experience in financial management. In 2008-2009, he was employed at Dominet as a financial manager. Before that, from 2007 to 2008 he worked in the capacity of the head of the financial department in the group Eiffage – Teodoro Gomes Alho SA Branch Office in Poland. In 1998-2007, he worked for Thomson Multimedia Polska as a controller and then as a financial manager. He graduated from the Warsaw Technical University, faculty of automatics and computer engineering. He completed Post-graduate Administration Studies at the Warsaw University and the Charted Institute of Management Accountants.
